FKD Studio Team Staff

FKD Studio’s unrivalled industry experience combines 3D artists, architects, interior designers, 3D modellers, photographers, VR developers, and film makers.

We are a multi-disciplinary studio from a range of backgrounds, who draw on many years of industry experience to become one of Australia’s leading groups of architectural artists committed to the process of film and image making in all its forms.

Director

David Fraher is an award winning architectural visualiser with a strong background in interior design and over fifteen years of industry experience.

Before establishing FKD in 2015, David spent over 10 years working for some of Australia’s premier architectural visualisation studios.

He draws on his education and understanding of interior design to create well balanced and photo-real imagery.

Through his experience, David has worked on and managed a diverse range of architectural projects resulting in images of the highest quality.

Director

Ben Rappell brings a wealth of industry experience in the creative visualisation of many high profile architectural projects both in Australia and internationally.

Ben worked on the ‘Imagina Award’ winning entry ‘Now and When’ for the 2010 Venice Architectural Biennale as well as a number of CG Architect Award nominated projects.

Ben is a regular presenter at industry forums including the prestigious Autodesk University conference in Las Vegas, USA as well as a guest speaker at Collarts College in Melbourne.
